Each item in our collection is made-to-order by hand and with love from start to finish by us in our Glasgow workshop. As every wreath and garland is handmade and unique, the image(s) displayed on our website are representative examples of the item you will receive. Whilst we take great care to match each product as closely as possible to those shown on our site, no two are alike – just like our beautiful customers. Every item, including our various wreath bases, is made from durable fabrics, materials and hardware sourced from renewable and fair economy suppliers. 

 

 When you place an order:
 

 Processing Time

 Once your order is placed, the typical lead time for all made-to-order items (excluding returned/exchanged and sale items) is 14 days. 
 

Delivery Times

Once your item(s) is complete and thoroughly inspected, a confirmation email with the shipping details and a tracking number will be sent to the email address provided in your order. For larger orders, we ship DPD or DHL Standard, 3-5 business days, and small orders via Royal Mail, 2 -3 business days within the UK and Europe. International orders are shipped via DPD, Standard 5-7 business days. In cases of rush orders, we will be happy to coordinate with you as best we can to meet your shipment date requirements.
 

Return/Exchange Policy

Made-to-order and custom orders are non-refundable. Please contact us as early as possible if you have doubts regarding an items size or materials used. If you placed an order and would like to cancel, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt of payment. 

 

If you would like to exchange your made-to-order item(s) for a different ribbon, fabric, or decorative colour scheme, or indeed in full for another item, please notify us within 14 days. All custom order sales are final once approved by you.
